Our client is looking for a proficient Executive office administrator / PA to join their Pietermaritzburg based organization.
The successful candidate will be required to manage the director's day to day schedules, as well as planning and organizing meetings and events, and ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Diary management for the Directors
- Minute taking
- Typing of documents
- Conducting research
- Organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries
- Handle requests and queries
- Client liaison
- Quotes and tenders
- Manage project administration / claims
- Invoicing / debtors
- Safety files
- Filing / Archiving
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal / external clients
- Any task or job function that is related to the role
Desired Experience & Qualification
Key Requirements
Qualifications : Grade 12 and Tertiary Qualification admin relatedMinimum 3 years in Administrator / PA role.Valid driver's licenseOrganizational skillsConfidentiality, the ability to maintain discretion when handling sensitive information.Accuracy, communication, attention to detail, following instructions.Multitasking, proficient on word and excel and able to operate in a pressurized environmentWorking in a team and independently.Confidence and energeticReliable and professionalPackage & Remuneration
