Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Implement VM execution, window displays, in-store layouts, and seasonal themes.
• Ensure compliance with brand visual guidelines across all stores.
• Conduct store visits to assess and improve VM execution.
• Coordinate with field teams for promotional events.
• Train and guide in-store staff on visual standards.
• Report on visual merchandising effectiveness and make recommendations.
• Implement adequate control systems to manage VM standards.
• Deliver a great Customer Brand Experience.
• Manage Assets & Expenses.
