Job Description : Responsible for conceptualizing, writing, and producing effective, innovative, and compelling advertising work that will be noticed by both the target group and appreciated by the client, and applauded by the advertising industry. Creating meaningful connections between brands and their audiences, pushing beyond superficial advertising to craft experiences that resonate with people on a deeper level. In our work, at Avatar, we strike the perfect balance between daring, out-of-the-box thinking and flawless execution. This duality is the cornerstone of our creative approach.
Responsibilities
- Clarify the exact purpose / deliverables of a brief before developing work.
- Create a culture of ‘solutions not problems’ within the creative department.
- Manages multiple projects.
- Writes copy and concepts for any channel.
- Effective communicator.
- Demonstrates a good grasp of strategy.
- Good time management.
- Successfully commissioning suppliers (Audio / music, content creators / directors).
- Core competency of writing copy.
- Generates fresh thinking and new ideas.
