Duties & Responsibilities :
- Utilize Hubspot (CRM), cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Connect with potential customers through a variety of inputs (phone, chats, email). You'll be talking to small business customers in a variety of industries, so every day will be different.
- Get stuck into the needs and problems a prospect faces in running their business and identify how we can help them.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
- Work with the Sales team to provide the best customer experience and exposure to our products.
- Communicate with multiple departments to ensure feedback is communicated around initiatives, products, and campaigns.
- Track key information in our CRM for follow-up and analytics.
- Continue to work on their skills through continuous feedback from other team members and leaders.
Requirements :
Have 1-2 years experience in a sales role (SaaS experience a bonus)Experience with outbound sales callsLove to find ways to make technology understandable and relatable.Highly organized and have great attention to detail - Time management will be critical to your success.Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as you'll be chatting with customers and trialists all day via phone, email, and WhatsApp.Thrive in a collaborative team environmentHave a creative streak and love finding new ways to connect with customers.Benefits
