About the Role
As an SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy — generating qualified appointments for our Business Development Managers (BDMs) through a mix of strategic prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Your efforts will directly contribute to strengthening Corporate Traveller’s presence in the market.What You’ll Do
Drive combo prospecting : 30% cold calls, 30% emails, 30% LinkedIn activityManage high volumes of outbound calls and digital outreachHandle referrals and web leads generated by marketingGenerate, qualify, and secure first-time appointments with key decision-makersCollaborate with the National Sales Leader and Sales & Technical Leaders on segmentation projects to create high-value opportunitiesBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to accelerate conversionsLeverage tools like Salesforce to research, track, and qualify leadsWhat We’re Looking For
3+ years of B2B sales experience2+ years of outbound / cold-calling experienceStrong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects meaningfullyResilient, ambitious, and passionate about driving new businessEnergetic, self-motivated, and results-focusedTech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environmentAviation / Airline jobs
