Senior Executive Recruiter

This is a remote position. Keller Executive Search is an international recruitment agency specializing in high‑level placements across the US and Europe. We’re seeking an experienced A‑Player Recruiter ready to expand their horizons with international work, significantly increase exposure to foreign markets, and grow their commission earnings.

Keller utilizes a variety of software products and tools to optimize the recruitment process, which sets it apart from other agencies. It also has a strong marketing team behind it.

Key Points

• This position comes with a competitive base salary plus commission.
• All positions we hire for offer salaries above $70K USD, with a majority over $150K, making commission very high. Monthly payout 75K–150k ZAR.
• No desk cost.
• Clients grant us exclusivity on search projects; we do not compete with other agencies.
• International experience is not required. We will teach you everything you need to know.
• Drive and energy are key factors for success.

We operate on South African time, with evening calls often extending until 9 or 10 PM. Daytime hours are flexibly arranged to accommodate this schedule.
