Job descriptionGeneral registered nurse practitioner with current registration with SANC. 2 5 years post registration experience in ICU. Two years experience post registration. Critical care / Trauma registration with experience in these areas is recommended. Counselling ability including HIV counselling recommended. BLS ACLS course recommended. Critical care / Trauma with experience recommended. BLS ACLS course recommended. Valid drivers license and availability to travel at all hours. Ability to work extended hours. Ability to deal with a high stress level resulting from the emotionally and physically draining nature of the work. Computer literacy and digital competence.

Our client a leading Healthcare company based in Durban is looking for a Transplant Organ Procurement Coordinator.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure conversion of potential organ donors to actual organ donors to improve awareness regarding organ donation to medical staff doctors and the public as a whole.
- The fundamental aim of the transplant coordinator / organ procurement officer is to procure organs for the purpose of transplantation.
