Job Title : Human Resources (HR) Administrator – Remote (EST Hours)

Position Overview
The HR Administrator will play a key role in maintaining the company’s HR operations and supporting the HR team across all areas, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee record management, and benefits administration. This position requires excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively across time zones — with availability during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR department in day-to-day administrative tasks and employee requests.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and documentation .
- Assist with recruitment logistics , including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by ensuring accurate employee data.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and company-wide communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and data protection standards.
- Provide general administrative and reporting support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.Solid understanding of HR processes (onboarding, payroll support, documentation, compliance).Experience with HR software systems (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, ADP, Rippling, or similar).Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills in English.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Must be able to work remotely and align with U.S. Eastern Standard Time working hours.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .Experience working for a U.S.-based company in a remote environment.Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices .HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.What We Offer
