Pay Range : $3000 - $4000 USD / month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : Latin America and South Africa

We are seeking a dynamic CFO / SVP Finance / Controller to lead the financial strategy of our business. This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with our investment / advisory partners-seasoned professionals with a proven track record of scaling businesses from regional success stories to nationwide leaders, healthcare and otherwise.

As our financial leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the company\'s trajectory by aligning finance with business strategy. You\'ll go beyond traditional accounting functions to drive data-backed decision-making that accelerates growth, optimizes operational efficiencies, and enhances long-term financial sustainability.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies that drive profitability and scalability while mitigating risk.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to improve cash flow cycles and maximize capital efficiency.
• Evaluate and structure financial models to support nationwide expansion, ensuring sustainable and profitable scaling.
• Assess the economics of potential partnerships, contracts, and acquisitions to drive value creation.
• Implement and enhance financial systems, processes, and controls that support a high-growth, multi-location healthcare business.
• Initiate processes to lead annual audit and budgeting cycles
• Oversee bookkeeping, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making and cash flow optimization.
• Create strategic finance visualizations-including reports and dashboards-to communicate key insights to leadership.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve financial trajectories for long-term growth.
• Lead or support financial system implementations (experience with QuickBooks is a plus).
