Job Description
To provide excellent client service and financial education, and to achieve targets through marketing and selling Old Mutual and other products. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.
- Meet monthly sales targets in lending and other products.
- Meet collections and arrears targets for lending products.
- Educate clients on responsible credit use and effective money management.
- Establish a new business pipeline through marketing, lead generation, and tracking.
- Adhere to internal, regulatory, and legislative governance to ensure quality business and mitigate risk.
- Facilitate intra-branch referrals by building mutually beneficial relationships with other business units.
- Provide excellent face-to-face and telephonic service to customers.
- Build sustainable relationships that enhance the brand.
- Deliver on daily production standards and adhere to service and quality standards.
