Discover the Role

Manages end-to-end dealings with legal intermediaries and clients to support successful and efficient setup of SPVs and closing of Debt Capital Markets and Aviation Transactions ("Transactions").

Assist with queries arising during the course of the Transactions, and over the life‑cycle of the SPVs.

Maintains a keen eye on mitigating risk to TMF and TMF nominated directors arising from Transactions, helping to ensure regulatory obligations are identified and fully complied with.

Ensures TMF’s clients are provided with an efficient, professional and high quality of service which meets all of their obligations, striving for flawless client service.

Act as a primary point of contact for our external legal intermediaries ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
