Job responsibilities

• Manage and grow clients' social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Research and follow industry trends, news, and viral formats to keep content relevant.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts - including copy, visuals, and short videos (in collaboration with the design team).
• Propose fresh ideas and campaign concepts to boost engagement and brand awareness.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare concise reports, and optimize content accordingly.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and maintain the brand's tone of voice.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on strategy and content calendar.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints.
