Our sites are based in Forest Hall Killingworth and Jesmond.

The Role

At the Percy Hedley Foundation we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Independent Supported Living Manager to join our team. You will lead our ISL servicespromoting independent living in a safe and pleasant environment both in Forest Hall and Spital Tongues.

The successful candidate will be a highly experienced ISL Manager who will empower and promote dignity and independence aiming for excellence through high standards of care. As the ISL Manager you will be an ambitious and driven individual capable of inspiring and motivating your team to deliver the very best care in line with CQC standards and fundamentals. You will be integral on the delivery of Percy Hedleys care strategy contributing to the wider successes of the charity.

You will be an inspirational leader ready to take on all aspects of the services operations including quality assurance compliance and people management with a strong track record in supporting and inspiring team members to pursue opportunities for continuous professional development. You will be pivotal in fostering a person centred culture with a focus on providing practical and emotional care which enables the people we support to have new experiences and live fulfilled lives.

You must have :

• Strong experience managing and leading teams within ISL services.
• Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker qualification.
• Level 5 Leader in Adult Care or equivalent.
• Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
• Care Certificate
