Role Overview
The Digital Content Producer will support the creation and editing of engaging video assets for marketing and long‑form content across multiple platforms. This role ensures quality control in the digital content hub, manages post‑production workflows, and collaborates closely with marketing and creative teams to deliver polished, high‑impact visuals that elevate brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design (60%)
- Design high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print campaigns aligned with brand tone and strategy.
- Develop visuals for social media, email, websites, and marketing materials optimized for engagement and storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to transform ideas and briefs into cohesive visual concepts.
- Maintain and evolve visual guidelines, templates, and asset libraries for brand consistency.
- Create lightweight animations, motion titles, and graphic overlays to enhance social and video content.
Video Editing & Production (40%)
Edit and compile story‑driven video content with strong pacing, tone, and brand alignment.Perform post‑production tasks including color correction, sound balancing, and motion graphic integration.Collaborate with the creative team to synchronize video and visual assets across campaigns.Implement feedback efficiently, refining edits to achieve clarity and impact.Manage deliverables, versioning, and deadlines effectively using project management tools like Monday.com and Frame.io.Creative Collaboration
Contribute fresh ideas that integrate motion and static design for marketing initiatives.Stay up to date with design, motion graphics, and social storytelling trends to maintain innovative, competitive content.Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital design.Solid background in graphic design.Proven experience in video editing and post‑production.Background working in fast‑paced creative or startup environments preferred.Background in long‑form video editing with some experience in short‑form content.Skills
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Basic familiarity with Adobe After Effects is a plus.Familiarity with Monday.com and Frame.io or similar tools.Ability to edit 4K footage with own video editing equipment, associated software, and external SSD for quick download and upload of footage.Adaptability to work across different types of projects (creative, social media, long‑form videos).Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in remote settings.Highly motivated, quick learner, and eager to apply creative and technical skills to diverse projects.Must own equipment and software for video editing.What Success Looks Like
