MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our new hospital facility at Mediclinic George. We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse to join our theatre team.

If you are an Enrolled Nurse with demonstrated expertise in an operating theatre environment, we invite you to apply. REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION : Enrolled Nurse Certificate

DESIRED EDUCATION : For specialised wards, CPD courses in specific speciality area

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

DESIRED EXPERIENCE : 1 year post qualification experience in a similar role

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team
• Identify, prevent and report risks to ensure patient safety
• Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment
• Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions
• Participate in creating a learning environment that builds staff competence
• Ensure that all utilised stock and equipment are accurately charged

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
