This is a 12-month contract based in Cape Town (hybrid), the rate on offer is R500 per hour.

You’ll deliver large-scale software development projects that will redefine how the business operates across multiple divisions. THE ROLE

As Project Manager, you’ll lead digital transformation programmes with a strong focus on large-scale software development projects. You’ll take initiatives from ideation through delivery, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with business goals.

Your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end project lifecycles, building business cases, driving Agile delivery, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet critical milestones. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality execution of transformative IT projects that underpin the company’s global expansion.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Project Management Certification (Prince 2, PMP, CAPM, PMBOK, etc)
• 4+ years Project Management experience
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies
• Proven track record delivering large-scale software development projects
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments (complex stakeholder management, multiple systems / business units, etc).
