Load, update, and maintain rates across markets (offers, policies, terms, etc.). Link supplier and room codes for live connectivity. Track loaded suppliers and ensure accuracy. Handle rate-related queries and support consultants. Coordinate product training and supplier information updates. Archive and maintain records systematically. - Working knowledge of Tourplan NX (essential) .
- Understanding of basic product contracting.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and consultants.
