Minimum Qualifying Criteria :
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team with a positive and inquisitive attitude.
- Working knowledge of Tourplan NX (essential) .
- Understanding of basic product contracting.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and consultants.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage the booking support inbox to assist consultants.Create and maintain supplier profiles on Tourplan NX .Load, update, and maintain rates across markets (offers, policies, terms, etc.).Link supplier and room codes for live connectivity.Track loaded suppliers and ensure accuracy.Handle rate-related queries and support consultants.Coordinate product training and supplier information updates.Archive and maintain records systematically.How to Apply :
