Our client is a leading global renewable energy company with decades of expertise within the energy market and presence in over 50 countries. They are currently recruiting for a hands-on and technically savvy Finance and Operations Manager to lead the administrative and finance function in their offices in Mozambique.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Manage cash flow, monitor financial performance, and provide regular financial analysis and recommendations to the management team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance and operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
