Responsibilities
Update employee records with new hire information and changes in employment status.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across multiple systems and databases.Support the development and implementation of HR initiativesProvide support and guidance on HR policies and procedures.Responsible full cycle recruitment process including conduct employment checks and prepare job offers for successful candidates.Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.Assist with monthly payroll to ensure staff are paid accurately and on time, coordinating with other department that supply payroll informationAssist in reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with labour laws.Maintain a strong understanding of HR laws, including contracts, terms and conditions, discrimination, dismissal processes, and grievances.Respond to queries and requests for information on HR policies, working conditions, and performance management systems.Support communication with staff on HR matters.Provide support and guidance on disciplinary procedures and labour law compliance.Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.At least 3 years of proven experience in an entry-level HR role.Experience with full cycle of recruitment.Solid understanding of labor legislationFamiliarity with payroll processes.Knowledge of HRMS is an advantage.Fantastic interpersonal and communicative skillsCan work under pressure and solid time management abilitiesAbility to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR softwareExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAct as a reliable and supportive team memberExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsData-driven mindset and detail-orientedHuman Resources jobs
