Key Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Service Advisors
Drive and optimise customer bookings, service excellence, and client retention
Coordinate processes and communication between Service, Parts, and Sales departments
Upsell service plans, extended warranties, and value-added products
Manage customer complaints, follow-ups, and escalations to resolution
Maintain brand standards and act as a Brand Ambassador
Ensure efficient workflow and task delegation across the service team
Monitor key service metrics and implement continuous improvements

Minimum 5 years experience in a same role as CRM in the motor industry
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
Proven success in upselling products and managing service targets
Ability to manage and streamline multi-department processes
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of DMS and booking systems
