A reputable and busy panel shop based in Johannesburg is looking for a dynamic Customer Relations Manager (CRM) to join their team. This vacancy is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and proven experience in the panel shop environment.

Location : Johannesburg, Gauteng

Salary : R35 000 R40 000 per month

Benefits : UIF + Provident Fund

Requirements :

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a panel shop environment is essential
• Strong working knowledge of TMS, Audawatch, and insurance portals
• Skilled in handling customer complaints and ensuring swift resolutions
• Proven ability to maintain CSI scores above 95%
• Ability to generate and interpret reports
• Experience overseeing service advisors
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
