Technical Marketing Expert : Agriculture

Rovensa Next manufactures and markets biocontrol solutions in the Agricultural sector. An exciting career opportunity exists for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Marketing Expert to combine creative expression, science, marketing, and strategic communication. The incumbent will support the development and promotion of fertilizer and bio-control products, and will take responsibility for ensuring that marketing materials and product information are accurate, engaging, and aligned with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities :

• Marketing Collateral Development : Use information from field trials and business cases to create marketing material technical content, in collaboration with regional and local teams. These materials include brochures, presentations, and playbooks for fertilizer and bio-control products.
• Regulatory & Labelling Coordination : Work closely with the Regulatory Department and marketing colleagues to develop compliant and effective product labels.
• Display Asset Management : Liaise with external suppliers and internal marketing teams to design and produce physical display assets for promotional use.
• Knowledge Gap Identification : Monitor and identify opportunities in the market (e.g. for product development) and communicate these to the Marketing and Product Development teams.
