Your mission : Support and scale the content marketing engine for eXp’s EMEIA region.You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across emerging and high-priority markets — building assets, managing regional social channels, supporting campaigns, and transforming agent stories into engaging, scroll-stopping content.You’ll work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager to deliver creative support across social, email, podcasting, and other content-driven initiatives.

What you will own :

• A digital content generalist — confident creating, editing, and publishing across multiple media.
• Highly organized and self-managed, able to juggle multiple content tracks and markets.
• Creative with a strong eye for design and storytelling, even if not formally trained.
• Experienced managing brand or business social media accounts.
• Proactive and solution-oriented — you pitch ideas and find ways to improve systems.
• Curious about EMEIA audiences and eager to learn regional nuances.
• Comfortable working asynchronously across UK, Europe, Africa, India, and Dubai time zones.
