Financial manager

Take full fiduciary responsibility for the safekeeping and use of all funds and assets of the Company in accordance with policies and practices

Assist Executive Management to reduce costs and improve profit by closely analysing and reporting financial data

Act as the immediate contact for corporate, independent and all government regulatory agencies on all accounting and financial matters

Be accountable for all internal accounting and administrative controls to ensure that all transactions are handled correctly

Demonstrate sound technical accounting skills such as IFRS

Demonstrate proven group consolidation experience

Adapt to fast changing environments

Calculate and interpret financial results

Demonstrate experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management at a group level

Demonstrate the ability to understand and align with the broader business objective

Be proactive, lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of initiative

Demonstrate strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing and motivating a diverse team

Essential pre- requisites :

CA SA, with Articles.

Six to eight years post-article experience in a similar senior Financial Manager role, preferably within a listed company environment.
