Responsibilities :
Demonstrate behaviours in support of company safety procedures with focus on zero injuries.
Keep work areas and equipment clean and safe.
Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF), HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Effectively and accurately troubleshoot and make routine adjustments and repairs to industrial equipment and machinery to maintain production and maintenance schedules.
Experience in package equipment labelling Machines, shrink-wrapping, Depalletizes and palletizers
Monitor repairs and validate that the problem has been solved.
Be able to do fault finding on S7 Siemens plcs.
Be able to operate Fanuc robot in manual from the pendant in case of a breakdown.
Complete job-cards on Shopware.
Maintain a high level of urgency in response to tasks assigned.
Participate in the Breakdown Elimination process to reduce the frequency of breakdowns and improve equipment reliability
Maintain and improve 5S standards
Follow Maintenance Standard Procedures and seek to improve machinery specific procedures where possible.
Share knowledge and experience with other Electricians
S7 plc programming, VSD programming
Work on instrumentation e.g. temperature probes, flow meters, pressure transmitters and level probes
Requirements : Grade 12.
Minimum N3 in Electrical Engineering.
Trade Test (Red Seal).
Must have demonstrable knowledge of DMS.
Must possess strong electrical aptitude demonstrated through troubleshooting skills.
4-5 years experience within an FMCG Industry or manufacturing environment.
