We are seeking an exceptional Social Media Strategist & Community Manager who is both analytically-driven and passionate about engaging with our audience. This role combines strategic content planning and deep engagement, offering a unique opportunity to lead growth, foster relationships, and drive our brand presence.
Role Overview :
As a Social Media Analytics Strategist / Community Engagement Manager, you will own two key functions :
Strategy & Analytics (Social Media Strategist)
You will craft data-driven social media strategies and utilize social listening tools to drive growth, optimize content, and boost our brand's presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Bluesky. You’ll ensure that our content resonates with our audience while providing in-depth analysis and insights to enhance performance.
Engagement & Growth (Community Manager)
You will build and foster relationships with our superfans, manage influencer partnerships, and grow our online community. You will also engage with brand enthusiasts and explore opportunities for affiliate relationships and brand partnerships to maximize the impact of our community.
You will report directly to Anthony, the Director of Growth, and collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and outreach teams. This role requires someone who is independent, mission-driven, and excited to work in a small but highly effective team.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategist (Strategy & Analytics)
Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bluesky) to achieve growth, engagement, and revenue goals.
Utilize social listening tools to analyze trends, monitor brand sentiment, and inform content strategies.
Use analytics to improve content performance, conduct A / B tests, and optimize for platform algorithms.
Work with our professional creative team to make content commercially viable while maintaining high engagement.
Lead weekly reporting on social media performance, focusing on metrics like traffic, engagement, conversions, and audience growth.
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and emerging trends.
Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategies to improve content performance.
Community Manager (Engagement & Partnerships)
Engage with our superfans by moderating discussions, replying to comments, and creating compelling, authentic content.
Identify opportunities for partnerships and brand deals, including affiliate relationships.
Manage the Connectors Program (influencers and ambassadors), ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and influencer relationships.
Work cross-functionally with Growth and Marketing teams to amplify influencer content across paid and lifecycle channels.
Proactively engage with our community to foster long-term relationships and ensure brand loyalty.
KPIs You Will Own :
Social audience growth and content performance.
Traffic and conversions from social media to e-commerce.
Revenue generated through influencer partnerships and affiliate programs.
Growth of the Connectors Program (influencer network size, engagement, and ROI).
Community engagement metrics (comments, shares, likes, CTR, watch time).
New brand partnerships and collaborations through social outreach.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in social media strategy and community management, or a related field.
Deep understanding of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Brandwatch) and social listening tools.
Strong experience in developing data-driven strategies and understanding platform algorithms.
Proven track record in managing influencer partnerships, brand deals, and affiliate programs.
Ability to approach content and community with an analytical mindset, using data to inform decisions.
A passion for growing a community and engaging with superfans.
Exceptional communication skills and a keen understanding of how to speak to a global audience.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube analytics and advertising platforms.
Experience in optimizing SEO and social content (including thumbnail testing).
Prior success managing social campaigns for mission-driven brands or content creators.
Familiarity with the commercial side of social media, including driving conversions and revenue through social platforms.
