Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 (Matric). - Certificate in Bartending, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage (preferred). - Minimum 23 years' experience as a Bartender in a hotel, lodge, resort, restaurant, or cocktail bar. - Experience in a luxury hospitality environment is advantageous. Qualifications - Bartending or Mixology certification (preferred). - Responsible Alcohol Service training (advantageous). - Food Safety/HACCP certification (advantageous). Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages. - Ability to prepare classic and contemporary cocktails. - Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions. - Knowledge of wine service, beverage pairing, and premium spirits. - Inventory and stock control experience. - Understanding of responsible alcohol service regulations.
