Job descriptionAt least two years’ experience in a similar position. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Retail IQ software), telephone and email systems. Building material product knowledge. Know how to read a plan and do quantity estimations. Ability to learn about products and services and market them to prospects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. Valid Driver’s License Email your comprehensive CV to . - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Farmers, Contractors, Construction firms, Architects and Engineers.
- Identify and pursue new building material sales opportunities to prepare quotes and manage deliveries for customers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Provide product knowledge and solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Ensure timely reporting and feedback to the head office.
