Roles & Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. Make decisions about market positioning, growth opportunities, and long-term direction. Manage day-to-day operations across different departments (sales, marketing, finance, HR, operations, etc.).
Ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics to keep operations on track. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure profitability and manage costs effectively. Build a strong organizational culture, motivating staff and driving accountability. Handle performance reviews, promotions, and conflict resolution. Ensure that operations comply with laws, regulations, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact performance or reputation. Develop contingency plans for crises or market disruptions.
