Our cleint is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team! Youll work directly with the Director in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where learning and growth are encouraged.
This is not a corporate environment were boutique, people-focused, and passionate about connecting the right talent to the right opportunities.
What youll do :
- Be the first point of contact with candidates making screening calls and gathering key info.
- Assist with job adverts (Canva, Placement Partners, PNet).
- Search for candidates and support the recruitment process.
- Coordinate CV reviews, interview scheduling, and preparation.
- Handle candidate communications (emails, WhatsApp check-ins, feedback).
- Assist with psychometric testing and verification checks (criminal, credit, etc.).
- Keep the ATS and trackers updated at all times.
- Provide daily feedback to management
