Job descriptionMinimum 3 years experience in Data Analytics (preferably Microfinance) . Hands-on experience as a Power BI user . Strong SQL, Excel, and Visio skills (RDBMS systems such as MySQL, MS SQL Server ideal). Experience implementing enterprise-scale reporting systems and / or data warehouses. Qualification in Analytics (BSc Computer Science or similar preferred). Highly structured, analytical, and detail-focused mindset. Excellent communication skillsable to simplify complexity for technical and non-technical audiences. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to deliver under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Be the link between data and strategyyour insights will be seen at board and EXCO level . Work in a dynamic environment where pitching, communicating, and delivering are celebrated. Exposure to financial, operational, and strategic data that will grow your career in analytics.
What Youll Do :
- Align company performance with key business objectives through advanced data analytics.
- Create dynamic data visualisations using Power BI to clearly communicate insights.
- Analyse positive and negative trends across structured data sources and report against KPAs.
- Manage data warehouses and reporting systems for accuracy and scalability.
- Deliver financial insights including valuations, scorecards, and reconciliations.
- Prepare high-impact reporting packsdaily EXCO insights and monthly board packs.
- Drive continuous improvement by researching and deploying the latest BI tools and practices.
