What You’ll Do

As a Process & Automation Specialist, you’ll :

• Drive transformation within our Digital Roadmap by digitizing and scaling operations.
• Identify improvements : Analyze processes, recommend scalable automation aligned with long‑term strategy.
• Optimize operations : Boost lead handling, query resolution, contact centre efficiency, and customer experience.
• Lead tech evaluation : Collaborate with IT, Data, Softsure, and business units on vendor selection and tech integration.
• Track performance : Design KPIs, monitor workflows, and refine based on real‑time data.
• Champion automation : Work with AI specialists to map and implement data flow automation across departments.
• Reengineer processes : Engage cross‑functionally, redesign workflows, and ensure automation fits overall company goals.
