What You’ll Do
- Drive transformation within our Digital Roadmap by digitising and scaling operations.
- Identify improvements : Analyse processes, recommend scalable automation aligned with long-term strategy.
- Optimize operations : Boost lead handling, query resolution, contact centre efficiency, and customer experience.
- Lead tech evaluation : Collaborate with IT, Data, Softsure, and business units on vendor selection and tech integration.
- Track performance : Design KPIs, monitor workflows, and refine based on real-time data.
- Champion automation : Work with AI specialists to map and implement data flow automation across departments.
- Reengineer processes : Engage cross-functionally, redesign workflows, and ensure automation fits overall company goals.
Your Experience
Has 2+ years in process improvement or automation roles.Holds a formal qualification in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent.is naturally solutions-driven, proactive, and excels at collaborating across teams.Loves simplifying complexity while maintaining service excellence, the very spirit of Dotsure’s values.#J-18808-Ljbffr
