National Servicing Coordinator

Job descriptionPlan and coordinate service activities, ensuring all maintenance and repair work is completed on time and within scope. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact to ensure clear communication and service excellence. Oversee workshop and field teams, manage costing, quoting, and invoicing, and ensure smooth operational workflows. Lead, motivate, and develop technical staff through performance reviews, training, and mentorship. Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental protocols to uphold the highest operational standards. Maintain accurate records of client equipment and spare parts, ensuring optimal stock levels. Drive service expansion, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen client retention and loyalty. Technical diploma or trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, or related field Proven experience in servicing industrial or mining equipment Valid driver’s license Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations Strong mechanical and technical aptitude Excellent problem-solving skills Customer focused mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Results driven and commercially aware High attention to detail and quality Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Safety conscious attitude You will be part of a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team culture You will work alongside a diverse group of professionals You will enjoy continuous opportunities for personal growth and career advancement You will receive a competitive, market related salary and benefits package You will experience a flexible and balanced work environment Your standard working hours will be 08 : 00 to 17 : 00, Monday to Thursday, and 07 : 30 to 15 : 00 on Fridays.
