ABOUT THE ROLE :

This role is a permanent full-time position.

As an Operator Scaler , you will be responsible to make working faces safe by means of a Scaler.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to :

Scaling of Hanging wall and sidewalls by means of a mechanic Scaler;

Conducting pre starts on the mentioned TMM;

Any other duties that requires the use of the Scaler;

General housekeeping and upholding of standards;

Instill section 22 and 23 of the mine Health and safety.

ABOUT YOU :

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following :

Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience in a mining environment;

Qualifications for this role are :

Grade 12 with mathematics;

Mobile equipment license is essential;

Valid drivers license is essential;
