Purpose

To develop tactical strategy and delivery plans, formulate associated practice / s and to ensure operational implementation and adaption i.t.o. operations and administrative management methodology, governance and delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the platform operation and service delivery.
• Leading and motivating the different teams within Operations.
• Ensure we live the Service promise of ' Collaboration, Responsive Delivery and Insight'.
• Ensure our customer experience is excellent and our service targets are met.
• Responsible for ensuring the operational transactions are compliant with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Responsible for managing the operational risks and ensuring controls and mitigations are in place.
• Create and maintain a culture of accountability and customer centric delivery, putting the adviser at the heart of everything we do.
• Maintain business processes ensuring maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Support the sales force to provide effective assistance to advisers.
• Ensure we always treat the customers fairly.
• Ensure all our regulatory, legal and compliance obligations are met.
• Manage resources for the department, including resource planning and talent development.

Experience

10 years or more experience in Operational roles, with at least 5 years in operational management of LISPs or investment platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

Relevant Commerce degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Investment Management or Business Management.
