Job descriptionAlarm monitoring and dispatching armed response. Accurate and detailed reporting on incident management systems Communicating with service providers; technicians and management CCTV monitoring, analyzing incidents, and actioning accordingly Tracking of client assets Answering incoming telephone calls
Preferred qualifications / attributes / skills :
- Good communication skills - verbal and written.
- Bilingual English and any other South African Language
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Attention to detail
- Alarm Monitoring (Listener, PSiM, Synapse, Telegram, CiiMS)
- Previous Emergency Control Room (Alarm Monitoring) / CCTV experience (3 - 5 Years)
- Grade 12
- PSIRA Registered Grade A
- No Criminal, disciplinary, or bad credit record
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Work shifts; weekends and public holidays
- Preferably no underlying medical conditions
- Sober habits
- Must be Vaccinated
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Own reliable transport
