Process Control Engineer

Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and maintain process control systems to optimize plant performance.
  • Configure and program PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and DCS systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of control system issues.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver automation solutions on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams.

Minimum Requirements :

  • A qualification in Electrical Engineering or Controls / Automation Engineering .
  • Proven experience in process control systems within an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of control systems design, instrumentation, and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with industry software and hardware (PLC, SCADA, DCS, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
