Job descriptionExcellent communication and organizational skills Integrity and Trustworthiness (Integrity is by far the most important must-have quality of an inspector) Highly responsible & reliable A polite and professional disposition Self-disciplined and able to discipline others Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Strong time management and customer service skills Ability to remain calm in stressful situations Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods Navigation Skills, Familiarity with GPS devices and ability to use the navigation Knowledge and familiar with local streets, vast areas, neighborhoods, and routes Basic Mechanical Knowledge Attention to Detail Observant and tentative Sound Knowledge of Warehouse and Distribution Effective Communication Skills Good Safety Habits Computer Skills Lateral and logical thinking Leadership Skills Organizational Skills Team player with organizational skills Required availability for occasional weekend and evening work, special events, or business changes / challenges requires flexibility Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts Adaptable to changing tasks and environments Must be able to multitask and stick to your schedules while also responding to incidents as they occur throughout the day QC may also have to complete additional training requirements, pending the environmental requirements Proven experience as a quality surveyor / controller Valid driver's license issued by the state where you intend to work Valid Driver's license & valid Pdp Ability to acquire or complete additional training for special licenses, which may be required to operate certain vehicles and accessories Experience in using computer software and navigation systems, an Android phone, and apps Clean driving record with no / outstanding traffic violations Clean criminal background Pre-employment background (credit, criminal, and drug) check Your own personal reliable vehicle / car Minimum visual acuity of 20 / 50 (or corrected to 20 / 50) Read, write, and comprehend in English Communication, the ability to convey information in a prompt and clear manner, is a core The ability to stand, sit, squat, and walk for long periods of time Ability to lift or move heavy products The ability to lift heavy loads independently (usually 50 pounds or more) Genuine desire to provide services with a high degree of personal responsibility Ability to work under pressure Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Good organizational and time management skills Proactive
