Key Responsibilities :
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
- Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office records
- Support basic accounting functions and assist with invoicing and document management
- Answer phones, manage emails, and greet visitors with professionalism
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required
Minimum Requirements :
