This is a great opportunity for someone with 6 months to 2 years of short-term insurance experience (brokerage or insurer) who is eager to grow their career in the claims and administration space.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with short-term insurance claims administration (personal and some commercial lines).
- Capture and process claim documentation accurately.
- Follow up with clients, insurers, and service providers on claim progress.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all policy information is kept up to date.
- Provide support to brokers with claim-related queries.
- Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
- Deliver excellent client service and ensure timely communication.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.
Requirements :
Matric (non-negotiable)6 months 2 years of experience in short-term insurance for either a brokerage or insurer (3rd party companies will not be accepted)Basic understanding of claims processes (personal lines, commercial exposure a plus)Basic understanding of Underwriting a plusStrong administrative skills and attention to detailGood communication and client service skillsComputer literate and able to work on multiple systemsOwn transport or reliable commute to Table ViewMust live in the surrounding area / s.Apply :
