Job descriptionLead Generation & Cold Calling : Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients to maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Prospect Conversion : Use a solution-selling approach to understand client needs and convert prospects into active customers. Sales Presentations : Deliver clear, compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value of the company’s services. Forecasting & Pipeline Management : Manage CRM pipeline data accurately to ensure consistent revenue flow and meet targets. Client Onboarding & Training : Facilitate a smooth implementation process for new accounts, including system training and service integration. Performance Monitoring : Track key KPIs including bad-debt, claims ratios, and service level performance to ensure client satisfaction. Market Intelligence : Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and monitor pricing trends to position the company competitively.

Based : Kempton Park
Salary : R20-30k month + Commission quarterly + Petrol allowance + Cell Allowance
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential
- 3+ years new business sales experience in courier / logistics industry – non-negotiable
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with CRM systems (for pipeline management & reporting)
- Working knowledge of Parcel Perfect – advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle – mandatory
- Proven ability to meet / exceed sales targets
- Able to provide payslip / commission proof to validate performance
- Must have external (field) sales experience, not internal
