- Allocate incoming payments across multiple channels with laser-sharp accuracy.
- Be the go-to for Tourplan queries—supporting consultants and collaborators with clarity and care.
- Review the Debtors Age Analysis fortnightly and deliver insights that drive action.
- Represent finance in monthly review meetings with Sales and DMC leaders.
- Send invoices, statements, and payment nudges that get results.
- Escalate and resolve queries with professionalism and process precision.
- Reconcile debtors and bank accounts weekly, leaving no cent unaccounted for.
- Own month-end processes and agent commission tracking with finesse.
- Uphold cybersecurity and operational excellence—because trust is everything.
- Handle sensitive financial data with discretion, integrity, and ethical rigor.
