There are 2 Salary Packages to choose between.

1) For advisors with less than 2 years experience - Basic salary of up to R12000.00 plus a lucrative commission structure.

2) For Advisors with RE5, 120 FAIS Credits and more than 2 years experience of Basic up to R12000.00 plus a more lucrative commission structure and medical aid contribution of up to R1100.00 per month.

There is a target of 6 Cases (Products sold) per month and a commission savings wallet that ensures that even if you have you have a bad month in terms of cases closed you will still receive a basic salary not lower than R10000.00 for the month.
