Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and providing recommendations on client portfolios, including portfolio construction across life, investment, and medical aid products
- Update client portfolios on required software systems, service, and maintain existing clients and their records on the computer database, as is required by FAIS
- Ensure client records are accurately updated when changes occur, particularly in relation to brokerage-based investment products and medical aid benefits
- Handle tasks related to clients lives, investments, and medical aid planning requirements
- Request and follow up on policy information from providers, including medical aid schemes and insurance companies
- Provide administrative support across all areas of the office as needed
- Prepare and maintain updated client portfolios, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within a brokerage or financial services environmentFamiliarity with medical aid administration and understanding of brokerage platforms and policy servicing proceduresStrong attention to detail, organisational skills, and working knowledge of financial / insurance software systems (XPlan)Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
