Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a proven ability to craft compelling content while optimizing campaigns for growth.
You will oversee multi-platform content strategies, manage communities, run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads), and apply SEO principles to maximize reach.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing cross-platform social media strategies.
- Creating engaging and visually polished content (graphics, reels, stories, carousels).
- Managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Optimizing content for SEO and social media search algorithms.
- Analyzing KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and delivering actionable insights.
- Experimenting with new trends, formats, and growth strategies.
- Collaborating with design, content, and strategy teams to align campaigns with overall brand goals.
- Staying updated on emerging digital platforms, tools, and performance marketing tactics.
Qualifications & Skills
Core Social Media Skills – Strong experience in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Community Management. Proficiency with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social).Growth & Analytics Skills – Experience running Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns (budget management, targeting, A / B testing, ROI optimization). Familiarity with SEO principles and how they apply to social (Instagram SEO, YouTube SEO, keyword-optimized captions). Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics dashboards (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics).Design & Content Creation – Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for professional‑level visuals. Ability to produce and edit short‑form video content (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Creative direction for brand consistency across platforms.Preferred Background – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 2+ years in digital marketing or agency environment (portfolio of previous campaigns required). Strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.Portfolio Expectations (For Candidates)
