Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and customer retention.Manage and maintain the client’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Plan, schedule, and publish content, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.Track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on trends and audience behavior.Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, short‑form videos, and written posts, that align with current social trends.Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content.Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors, helping to expand reach and visibility.Develop and oversee social media campaigns, competitions, and collaborations, measuring their success and driving growth.Work cross‑functionally with other teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.Qualifications
Proven experience managing and growing brand social media accounts.A strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies.Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite.Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging captions and brand messaging.Strong analytical skills, with experience using social media analytics tools to track performance.The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.Challenges
