- Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field
- Matric Certificate
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in Social-Media and / or Digital Marketing Management within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of Online Reputation Management (ORM) tools, analytics, and reporting
- Proficiency in social media listening and insights tools

Key Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain all corporate social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTubeCreate, implement, and monitor content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectivesSet up, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns to drive measurable engagement and conversionsOversee creative content, copywriting, and asset development for social channelsMonitor and respond to customer queries, compliments, and complaints on social media and review platforms (Facebook, Google, HelloPeter, etc.)Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis to proactively manage brand perceptionIdentify online threats or crises and apply effective conflict resolution techniquesGenerate and analyse reports on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROICollaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align strategies and messagingEnsure compliance with company brand standards and uphold professional online communicationSkills & Competencies
