The Role
We’re hiring a Social Media Manager who’s equal parts strategist and creator. You’ll own the full social media ecosystem — from planning and creative direction to analytics and growth.
You’ll lead the charge in expanding our brand presence, shaping our voice, and ensuring every post, video, and campaign moves the needle. This role blends content strategy, hands‑on creation, and performance optimization.
You’ll report directly to leadership and collaborate across departments to turn company initiatives into high‑performing social campaigns that build authority, trust, and engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals and brand voice
- Plan and manage the social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Oversee and contribute to content creation — write copy, direct visuals, and edit short‑form videos in CapCut
- Design and guide visual direction using Canva (and / or manage designers)
- Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics and audience insights
- Identify emerging trends and turn them into brand‑relevant content opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to ensure alignment between organic and paid initiatives
- Manage content approval workflows and maintain posting consistency
- Experiment, test, and iterate rapidly to scale what works
